Brief Description:  Completed section 9, wheel assembly

Completed the wheels. Took a bit longer because I had to disassemble some of it to re-drill for a larger internal brake line. I originally drilled perfectly for the brake line itself, but realized that there should be an external sheath around the line to protect it. Had to make a trip to the hardware store for that 1/4"OD tube.

So what have we learned? Well, since this all had to do with a modification (internal brake line):

(1) Straying from the construction manual will greatly increase build time.
(2) Not having parts on hand for said modification will greatly increase build time.

UPDATE 12/19/12: Another builder, just looking at this log, let me know that the brakes were facing the wrong way on one wheel. See what an awesome community SeaRey builders are... thanks Tom B.! One of the bleeder valves came from the factory installed in the wrong place. I researched it and came to the conclusion that it must be right, but was not. The brake calipers should face aft, so today I installed the valve in the right place and flip the caliper 180 degrees, so now it's right.
