Brief Description:  Section 7, aft cockpit, began and completed

This section primarily involves installing the electric elevator trim and various pulleys that will guide cables back to the rudder and tailwheel.

This section was challenging. In part two, my manual had a mistake about which pulley to use by the trim actuator, so I had to figure that out, that they should all be the same 175P pulleys. Part seven called for a couple of AN3-22A bolts that are not part of the kit, but I was able to substitute 23A with an extra washer. The trim springs are very hard to attach to the elevator push-pull tube. What helps is to connect the trim motor up to a 12v battery and allow it to extend itself about halfway, so you don't have to stretch the springs so far.
