Finished the second section in the build manual today, the forward cockpit assembly. The manual is an excellent guide. No mistakes in the manual yet, except a very small one (involving the AN5 screw) in section one. Very impressive, and I'm in awe over the engineering involved. I'm enjoying the build more than I thought I would. There's been very little frustration involved. There's enough free thinking involved to keep it interesting, but the manual doesn't keep you in the dark guessing on much.
Attaching heel rest cap to the floor pan and rudders.
All hardware is generously coated with some Noalox anti-oxident.
Section 2 complete. Blu and Jewel are wondering what is taking so long.
