Brief Description:  Kit #582 purchased

I spent all day at the Progressive Aerodyne factory in Tavares, FL. We visited the paint shop, fabric shop, electronics shop, etc., and I choose a lot of my options. I went into this thinking I was going to get a bright blue interior, among other things, but decided on neutral greys, since I'm not exactly sure how I'll paint the outside, and there would be no guarantee it would match, but most of all, I want a professional all-business-looking interior to promote confidence in my passengers that this is a highly engineered flying machine, not a garage-built toy. I’ve decided to build it much like the factory-built certified plane, because they have really done their homework on the design of that, and it will make my path easier. On the exterior, I hate to be a copy-cat, but I really love the reflective decals on the exterior of this one below. I’m thinking the design on the wings will be vastly different, as in the last photo here, but I can’t think of a better design down the hull.

I chose a new fast-build option, where the factory will build my main wings for me. I'm sure that will save a good two months off my build time.

The factory is scrambling to get my kit ready to be picked up in two weeks.
