I created an L-bracket to clamp the throttle cable with the control mount, which will hold the mount under the seat, but still let me rivet it to the center cockpit tube. After a lot of testing, I found the exact place I needed to rivet it in place. This holds the cable and aligns it with the attach point at the bottom of the aluminum lever adaptor I made.
