Brief Description: Section 17, turtle deck test fit
For some reason, the manual doesn't mention this, but once the airframe is secure in the hull, a very important next step is to do a test fitting of the turtle deck, which requires a jump to section 17 and some more fiberglass cutting. You're primarily looking to see that you've cut enough room for the boom tube out the back, when the hull and deck are in place to be riveted. Looks good to me. This was really all I was able to accomplish today, because the wife is demanding I celebrate New Year's or something. My New Year's resolution is to make up this time tomorrow.
