Riveted the aft turtledeck rib in place, then clecoed the aft turtledeck in place. I can not think of a reason to keep from riveting this skin. I have installed all the wiring running aft, riveted all the bulkheads and torqued the seatbelt attaching points. Having the skin riveted does not prevent access for re-installing the tail section. That will be next on the list of tasks.
I fabricated an Adel clamp attaching point (shown it image 3.) This clamp will hold the trim servo wire away from the flight controls.
