I had only a little time on my hands today, so I attacked pinholes with Loehle Wonderfill. Pretty interesting stuff, actually. You shake it up REALLY well to mix the mineral matrix, then rub it into the parts with a circular motion like car wax. Set it aside for 10-15 minutes, then buff it off with a clean cloth. The white spots that remain are pinholes.
After this sets for a few minutes, you can prime (next entry). I let it set overnight.
