With the flaps on, I marked pass-through holes where the flap actuator arms will pass through the fuselage bottom. I kept the hole size as small as I could stand, but I don't like the prospect of air and water getting into the airplane. Thus, I designed to mounting brackets that'll mount inside the fuselage around the hole, and with rubber cloth to try and seal it. I'm making these removeable with platenuts so that I can replace the rubber cloth.
