After giving the FAB snorkel several days to be sure the white enamal paint and epoxy is COMPLETELY cured, I installed the snorkel and air filter for the final time. I only painted the snorkel's exterior surfaces, because I don't want the air induction to suck flaked paint into the engine (should the paint ever flake).
Once installed, I connected the control cable to the alternate air door, tested and adjusted the opening tension, and colored it all DONE.
