I fabricated two conical gussets per the plans out of AS3-032 sheet alclad and bent them using a slotted 2-by-4, 1 inch steel pipe, and my mallet.
Tony Malley, my brother-in-law, dropped by to lend a hand, and took his turn at the rivet spanner to mark out the rivet holes, drill, debur, and dimple. He then helped me rivet these to the intake ramps, All looks great!
