I finished assembling/riveting the right intake ramp, then marked and bent the bottom shelf flanges on the right and left forward baffles. These shelves provide lower/outer support for the intake ramp. Once I got the bend line right, blocked the baffles in the vice between two 2-by-4s and bent the bend line crisply with a lower power rivet gun.
