By 25 May, Kelli, Houston, and I had survived my retirement ceremony, handed our household goods over to the USAF for storage, and made the drive from Langley AFB, VA, to Flower Mound, TX. Kelli's brother Todd Williams and his wife Shari opened their house to us as our temporary home until we piece our new lives together.
I found a T-hangar behind Marcair Aviation at 52F and signed a lease. Finally, we freed up Doug Reeves' corner and moved N260KM to her new home.
