Col Rich Donnelly helped me drill the pass-through holes into the firewall for the battery box and the master/starter solenoid doublers and nutplates. We riveted the doubler using the back-rivet method: That's me head-first in the cockpit foot well running the rivet gun. Rich bucked the rivet's flush factory head on the firewall's forward side with the tungsten bucking bar.
