Brief Description: Match-drilling the skins to the sub-panel ribs and
Merry Christmas!
With the forward skin cleco'd to the existing holes, I match-drilled the sub-panel ribs to the skins. Did the same for the rivet holes that'll mate the skin to the firewall flange.
DANGER!! The firewall is made of stainless steel, not aluminum. I know this already, but absent mindedly ran my finger along the rivet holes to check for burrs....yep, they were there, but not in the form of soft aluminum. I slashed the ends of two of my fingers open.
