Brief Description: Mid-fuselage bulkhead gusset part 1
Fuselage Bulkhead 706 (just behind the cockpit seats) requires basic modifications at the canopy rail, depending on what sort of canopy you choose...slider or tip-up (we're building a tip-up canopy). Thus, we tackled the job of trimming the metal in specific places and modifying the canopy rail/bulkhead merge to accept a 6-9 inch gusset (one on each side).
First job: measure, plot out, and trim/cut a roughly 3/4 inch square hole in the two gussets.
