Brief Description: Aileron gap fairings & flap brace, part 1
Next we cleco'd and match-drilled the aileron gap fairings and flap braces onto both wings' trailing edges. Have to pay close attention to which surfaces get dimpled or machine counter-sunk, as is the case of the flap brace where it mounts to the skin. Reason: The flap brace will sandwich between the skin and a piano hinge, from which the flap will swing.
