Clecoed and drilled the trailing edge and wedge. I used a 1/8" aluminum angle from Home Depot as a straight edge and drilled through all four pieces. Counter sunk the TE angle. I've decided not to redo the rudder horn bracket; after measuring the part, there is no way that 1/8" rivets are going to have edge clearance no matter how the part is cut. There is not enough space to clear the rib web. So I'll use the one I have.
