Prepped all of the ribs and spars and then assembled and fit HS components. Everything went together great until... In preparing the right HS-405 inboard rib, I was so careful about keeping sufficient edge clearance in the flange that I overdid it and put it too far toward the center of the flange: when I match drilled the assembly through the front spar and the 710 reinforcing strap, the hole ended up 7/32" from the bottom edge of HS-710 (not the minimum 1/4"). (The left side had come out fine.) While it probably would be okay, I bit the bullet and ordered a new 710, 405, and another (!) front spar from Van's. The real question is whether I can get the new 710 to fit on the left side where I have already match drilled into the left spar (perfectly I might add!)
