1) Mounted balance weight arm in aileron. 2) Cut hole in rear spar for arm, 3) Installed closeout material around arm location. 4) Determined number of weights necessary for balance. 5) Primed weights, and installed on arm with AN3 bolts. 6) Clecoed aileron and aft of top skin back in position.
