1. Clecoed outboard rib into position on bottom and front of skin. 2. Positioned inboard rib. 3. Attached balance arm to ribs with AN3-11 bols and AN960 flat washer. 4. Clecoed front of inboard rib into position. 5. Created rivet line on inboard rib on bottom skin. 6. Punched and drilled line with #40 bit. 7. Clecoed bottom in place. 8. Created rivet line on top skin above inboard rib. 9. Punched and drilled with #40 bit, then clecoed. 10. Opened all rivet holes on inboard and outboard rib with #30 bit, and clecoed. 11. Attached aileron to wing with clecoes, and checked vertical throw of balance arm. 12. Removed aileron, and riveted added ribs with #4 avex rivets.
