1. Positioned gusset 65W2-5 between aileron skin and frame. 2. Back drilled mounting holes with #20 bit, using clecos to hold position. 3. Positioned gusset 65W2-6 between aileron skin and frame 4. Back drilled mounting holes with #20 bit, using clecos to hold positon. 5. Removed and deburred gussets. 6. Cut two "L" brackets to fit either side of trim servo. 7. Drew centerlines on brackets. 8. Slipped first in place, and located one rivet hole to position bracket. Marked hole with sharpie. 9. Drilled hole just marked with #20 bit. 10. Positioned bracket in place, clecoed, and marked remaining existing holes. 11. Drilled with #20 bit. 12. Established 40mm pitch rivet line along existing rivets over "L" bracket location. 13. Punched line. 14. Replaced "L" bracket and clecoed through existing holes. 15. Drilled added holes with #40 bit to create pilot holes, then opened with #20 bit. 16. Removed bracket. 17. Repeated steps 8-16 for remaining bracket.
