Brief Description:  Added terminal board 3 and avionics ground

I'm fumbling a bit here, because it isn't clear to me how many terminals I may actually need for power distribution. I've tentatively set up four for ground, two for trim power, and several spares.

1) Mounted jumpers on TB3 to create 4 grounds, 2 trim terminals, and 2 terminals whose use is TBD.
2) Mounted TB3 on side of center consol, facing passenger side, using #6 machine screws, washers, and #6 jam nuts.
3) Created a jumper for ground, and connected it to TB3-1.
4) Cut and mounted a bonding strap from the center console to the airframe bottom. This may be an unecessary step, but I don't feel confident of the bonding between the center console and the bottom of the airframe. There's primer on the mating surface(s), for example.
5) Connected the bonding strap and the jumper to TB3-1.
