Brief Description: Install comm and gps antenna stiffners
1. Cut aft stiffener for comm antenna per dwg 6B21. 2. Iteratively crimped vertical side of stiffner until countour matched skin. 3. Marked rivet line centered along mating surface of stiffer. 4. Located rivet line on skin. 5. Punched and drilled with 440 bit, holding a wooden block agains the skin. 6. Positioned stiffner under the skin, with the rivet mark exposed in the first hole. 7. Marked first rivet location with "sharpie" pen. 8. Removed stiffner, and drilled first hole with #40 bit. 9. Clecoed in place, through first rivet hole. 10. Located last rivet hole, and repeated steps 8 and 9 for it. 11. Back drilled intermediate holes with #40 bit. 12. Clecoed all in place. 13. Repeated steps 1-12 for gps antenna stiffner. 14. Opened all stiffner holes with #30 bit for A4 rivets.
