Brief Description: drilled upper tail section

1. Removed top rear panel 6B3-6, upper rear longerons 6B2-3, and "L" angles atop 6B3-6. 2. Deburred mounting holes. 3. Primed mating surfaces with zinc chromate primer. 4. Riveted splice between upper rear longeron 6B2-3 and upper forward longeron 6B11-1, using A5 rivets. 5. Positioned and clecoed 6B3-6, 6B3-1, and 6B2-3. 6. Clecoed to Side skin. 7. Riveted with A4 rivets. 8. Positioned and clecoed aft upper bulkhead 6B12-3. 9. Riveted with A4 rivets.
