Brief Description:  Riveted rudder cable fair leads in place

1. Positioned rudder cable fairleads 6B23-3 on front side of main spar.
2. Back drilled and clecoed fairleads in place using #40 bit.

Note: scratched the control connection 6DS2-2 with the drill. Filed smooth, re-primed, and repainted.

3. Opened holes with #20 bit for A5 rivets.
4. Deburred holes.
5. Reclecoed.
6. Pulled A5 rivets.
