1. Marked rivet lines on the back of the stbd gusset. 2. Marked end rivet locations on each edge, punched and drilled with #40 bit. 3. Found intermediate locations with rivet fan, marked, punched, and drileld with #40 bit. 4. Placed stbd gusset in aircraft, and held in place with masking tape. 5. Back drilled with #40 bit, and clecoed. 6. Opened holes with #30 bit for A4 rivets, and clecoed. 7. Repeated steps 1-6 for port gusset.
