Brief Description: Added fairlead to Middle bulkhead
1. Cut piece of N66 nylon to build 6B24-2, on bandsaw. 2. Cleaned edges on grinder. 3. Marked location of rivets and cutout; center punched. 4. Drilled on press with #40 and 1/2" bits. 5. Opened #40 holes to #20 for A5 rivets. 6. Cleaned holes with pocket knife. 7. Marked location on bulkhead 6B12-1. 8. Clamped fairlead 6B24-2 to bulkhead. 9. Back drilled holes with #20 bit. 10. Removed clamps and deburred holes. 11. Primed mating surfaces with zinc chromate primer. 12. Allowed primer to cure. 13. Assembled and riveted with A5 rivets. 14. Reinstalled middle bulkhead.
