Brief Description: Drill 5/16" bolt holes in wing uprights

1. Remove stbd aft wing upright. 2. Insert oiled center punch in lower outer stbd carry-through spar hole. 3. Center punch lower hole. 4. Move punch to upper outer stbd carry-through spar hole. 5. Center punch upper hole. 6. Rermove punc . 7. Remove fwd stbd wing upright. 8. Clean up center punch on aft upright. 9. Drill #40 pilot holes on press. 10. Open pilot holes to 5/16". 11. Replace fwd satbd wing upright. 12. Check clearances with AN5 bolt -OK! 13. Remove fwd stbd wing upright & replace aft stbd wing upright. 14. Repeat steps 2-12 for stbd aft upright. 15. Replace both uprights. Note: an unsuccessful attempt was made to drill the 5/16" holes in the port wing uprights. The two uprights were scrapped, and more have been ordered.
