Brief Description: Added nutplates to mount center console
The arm rest cover and center console closeouts are intended to be riveted in place, using A4 rivets. This makes the wiring and control cables within inaccessible, which is inexcusable. I replaced the rivets with nutplates and #6 machine screws.
1) Drilled out rivet locations, and held nutplace in place with #6 screw. 2) Back drilled one side of nutplate with #40 bit, and clecoed in place. 3) Back drilled other side of nutplate. 4) Deburred, and installed nutplate with A3 rivets. 5) Repeated for other center console covers 6K2-2 and 6DS1-2. 6) Opened holes in arm rest cover, 6K2-2, and 6DS1-2 to clear #6 machine screws/
