Brief Description: installed rear top skin
|

1. Clecoed Middle and fwd bulkheads, 6B12-1 and 6B12-2, into position.
2. Located rear top skin 6B21-6.
3. Marked centerline on rear top skin.
4. Located, punched, and pilot drilled with #40 bit, location of rivets in aft, middle, and fwd bulkheads, centered port-stbd on center line.
5. Drilled pilot center holes in top center of fwd and aft bulkheads.
6. Marked centerline, poert-stbd, on middle bulkhead.
7. Placed skin atop bulkheads, and clecoed aft and fwd center rivet holes.
8. Located centerline on middle bulkhead, and backdrilled rivet hole with #40 bit.
9. Moved fwd bulkhead until the correct angle was made with the longerons.
10. Taped rear top skin into position with duct tape along lower edge, port and stbd.
11. Clamped 1x2 board along lower edge of top skin on port side, to keep skin snug.
12. Back drilled through holes in fwd, middle, and aft bulkheads on port side with #40 bit, clecoing as holes were created.
12. Opened holes with #30 bit for A5 rivets, except those in the forward bulkhead. Threse will be backdrilled with the forward top skin.
13. Clecoed alternate #30 holes.
14. Repeated steps 11-13 for port side.
