Brief Description: Riveted 6B19-9 to 6B16-3 and rear seat panel

1. Clecoed port seatback side channel to flap mount gusset, using alternate holes.
2. Pulled A5 rivets.
3. Removed clecoes, and pulled A5 rivets in remaining holes between seatback side channel and flap mount gusset.
4. Clecoed alternate (roughly) between flap mount gusset and rear seat panel assembly.
5. Pulled A5 rivets, except where the "L" angle closeout at at the side and below the gusset is to be located.
6. Removed clecos, and pulled A5 rivets, except as just noted.
7. Clecoed "L" Angle closeout to the rear seat panel assembly.
8. Pulled A5 rivets.
9. Removed clecoes, and pulled remaining rivets between gusset, "L" angle, and seat panel assembly.
