Brief Description: Connected aileron control cables
1. Installed trun buckles on aileron control cables, and splices as required. 2. After the modifications reequired by the 6ZU series of drawings, the aileron balance cable did not clear the structure. Redesigned the middle balance fairlead (6B22), and installed one on either side to insure clearance. 3. The aileron control stop, 6ZU4-1, did not allow for aileron centering, adequate aileron throw, or equal amounts of port/stbd aileron throw. Modified stop per Zenith dwg instructions by iteratively cutting the stoop until all matters were corrected. A note needs to be added to this drawing not to install 6ZU4-1 and its associated parts until setting the aileron throw. It should be clecoed in place until it works correctly. 4. Riveted stop and associated parts.
