1. Updated seat upholstry drawings to reflect latest understanding. 2. Cut seat backs from 1/4" plywood. 3. Did fit check, and fine tuned. 4. Sanded with belt sander. 5. Painted back side with white gloss paint. 6. Primed both sides and edges with Kilz (gloss paint did not fill well). 7. Painted front and edges with spray gloss paint. 8. Slipped into place in aircraft.
The units need a retaioning clip at the top back for positive locking in place.
