1. Plugged in handheld readio - nothing works. 2. Fouind several miswires on terminal board. 3. Plug has audio on ring, nothing on tip. A. Rewired terminal board accordingly. B. Routed Pilot PTT to handheld tip on TB. 3. Checked headset audio listen - two ground and audio are shorted together. A. Traced problem to connectors between seats. B. Rewired connectors between seats. 4. Listen audio checks OK from connectors between seats to plug for handheld, but still no audio. 5. Put check of impedance levels and plug lengths on "to do " list. 6. Rewired TB for passenger side mic and passenger side PTT. 7. Tightened all screws on terminal board, and used snap ties on bundles. 8. Redrew power wiring sheet three several times to match configuration of the moment.
