Brief Description:  Installed stiffner in wing locker

Cutting the wing ribs for the new leading spar stiffner left the leading edge top skin minus anything for the first skin rivet to grap. I installed stiffners that provided a connection for these rivets, transferring the load to the ribs. This is typical of each of the stiffners installed.

1) Laid out pattern on aluminum, and cut.
2) Bent 90 degree angle in aluminum on brake.
3) Punched and drilled mounting holes.
4) Back drilled.
5) Filed and deburred parts.
6) Primed.
7) Clecoed in place and riveted.
