Brief Description: Installed disconnect in line with evevator trim
1. Connected 12 volt supply to elevator trim control. 2. Checked functionality - both indicator and switch were installed upside down. 3. Turned both over, which took a fair amount of time, working in tight quarters. 4. Created pinouts for disconnect connectors in aft fuselage. 5. Marked pin numbers on connectors, and sprayed with clear krylon. 6. Cut trim cable in the middle of the service loop under the horizontal stabilizer. 7. Cut back outside insulation on either end. 8. Installed female molex pins on front side of cable, and male on trim side. 9. Inserted pins in molex connectors. 10. Installed heat shrink tubing over cable ends. 11. Plugged connectors together, and verified trim control still works. 12. Disconnected connectors.
