Brief Description:  connected elevator controls

Note: The Zenith drawings call for turnbuckles, top and bottom, on the HT bellcrank, 6B
DS1-3. In that configuration, the bottom bellcrank would be unreachable for future adjustments. I moved it to the upper elevator control horn, and plan to make the access cover removable. I also added a second turnbuxckle in the lower control horn path, to give some additional adjustment room in the controls.

1. Connected turnbuckle to the upper elevator control horn cable, and to the upper control horn.
2. Connected cable shackle to lower elevator control horn cable, and to the lower control horn.

Note: The arrangement suggested by Zenith has an AN3-6A bolt securing the shackle to the horn. When the associated locking nut was affixed to the bolt, it did not allow the shackle to swivel, and the shackle bottomed out on the bulkhead just forward of the control arm. I replaced this with an AN3-6 both and casteldated nut, which allowed the shackle to swivel.

3. Cut lower cable in vicinity of lower fuselage access door, and added an additional turnbuckle, as noted above.
