1. Created mounting plate with 4 ea 1/2" holes for head set and mic jacks. 2. Assigned cable designator 6AF1 to headset/mic cable, and entered in wiring list. 3. Soldered headset wires to headset jacks in parallel. 4. Soldered mic wires to mic jacks per list just created. 5. Installed headset jacks in top holes, and mic jacks in bottom holes. Insulators were used to isolate headset/mic ground from the chassis. 6. Mounted plate to aircraft with #40 pilot holes, whcih were opened to #30 for A4 rivets. 7. Cleaned and primed back of mounting plate with zinc chromate primer.
