I'm using SuperFil, a very lightweight epoxy filler for the moulding. Most of it will be sanded off to form a nice fillet around the windscreen. While I was in the fiberglass mood, I took off the cowl and glassed some strips in the back of the lower cowl where I had cut a little too much while finishing.
