Trimmed the aft deck so that both elevator horns contact it at 28 degrees up deflection. We used a digital level to measure the elevator travel from the neutral position.
Cleco'd the F-812B-1 control stop in position and marked it from the bottom using the aft deck. Removed it from the fuselage and progressively trimmed it to match the profile of the aft deck and angle of the elevator horns.
