Had to trim the butt rib closeouts a bit after I took the clamps and clothspins off. That took a little while with the dremmel and a file. Looks pretty good now, but needs a little more hysol on the left one. Placed the tail access covers and drilled the screw holes. Managed to drill into one of my fingers, just to make sure I bled today. The pictures don't really show how the covers are bent in to conform to the tail. I made sure they were held down tight while I was drilling. They need to have the corners rounded and some of the edges bent in a little, and then I will cut the areas to remove and put back plates on to reattach when I install them after the horizontal stabilizer and the elevator are installed. They might be left off for the first flight so I can inspect the area afterwards.
