Cut, drilled and clecoed in the instrument panel hinges that allow it to fold down and give me access to the avionics behind the panel. Took longer than I anticipated, mostly because I had to design it as I went, but it came out great. Made a bracket on the bottom for the throttle, in picture 2. Drilled out and installed the rubber grommets in the firewall tabs too. Installed the ambient air pressure and temperature sensor in about the same spot that Kitfox does. Changed the routing of the coolant hose on the left side using the pre bent hose supplied by Kitfox. Glued in the headset attach brackets behind the seat. They will be under the baggage compartment material and I will burn holes in it later. Installed a through firewall threaded bolt to connect the grounds to and cut a cable for the front of the firewall from the master solenoid to the bolt. Did some more planning on the panel and finalized the design. For now.
