I mounted the stator plate and set the magnetron gap to .010 with the included shim. It took me awhile to realize that there is only one magnet on the flywheel...the other is a counterweight. Don't try to set the gap using the counterweight --- don't ask me how I know.It was then FINALLY time to hang the engine and see the bird balanced on its gear for the first time. It was a bit of a struggle getting the rubber bushings to seat properly, but with a bit of soapy water and some jockeying they finally seated.
Added ring terminals for grounds.
Now if I only had the backordered intake manifold...
