Canopy fitting and drilling continued. I just took the final fitting really slowly. The MDF jig worked well. The plexiglass drills worked fine too. I was satisfied with the final result. And, no cracks to report. I decided to use 6-32 machine screws rather than any rivets, so I tapped everything too.
