Time to tackle the tail. I repositioned the plane to give me access to the tail. It's a tight fit -- had to remove the motor mount. The elevator horn needed some relieving in order to properly strike the rudder stop. I used the Dremel, filed it smooth and then primed/painted it. The stab was fitted per the plans for the appropriate degrees of up elevator. I took it slowly when trimming the leading edge of the skin so that the gap would be nice and small.
