Brief Description: Close the spar tunnel, add luggage screen
With the wings rigged and now removed and stored, I can now finally close up the spar tunnel, and attach the main gear legs. It's pretending to be a tail dragger, but it's actually a tri-gear. I also riveted the rear luggage screen. After seeing how well the screen fit, I realized that I still have to relocate that vertical support for the elevator push rod due to the lowered seat mod. Unfortunately, I've already cut a hole in the screen for the old push rod location. Dang. I'll figure out some sort of cosmetic solution when I rig the elevator.
