The bulkhead fitting requires a spacer, so I fashioned one out of 3/16" aluminum, and then riveted it. I took a break from the fuel system and dipped the flap and brake handles three times in Plasti-Grip. They came out looking pretty good....time will tell how durable it will be.Finally, a photo of the $10 tubing bender I picked up at Oshkosh. Comes in handy for bending the fuel tubing.
