I made a keyway blank out of .060. It goes behind the panel and keeps the toggle switches aligned. Almost forgot that the mag switches need to be oriented so that they are open when switched up. Primed the panel and painted it. Used Rustoleum "Professional" flat black paint from Home Depot. Also painted a bit of the glareshield...the rest will be under some sort of covering. You may notice that I moved the intercom up and put the passenger placard over the original intercom cutout. (I ran out of space under the breakers for the placard.) The switches aren't mounted yet as I need to get some washers to go under the nuts. Still waiting for the EIS. Van's RV vents will go on the far left and right under the panel. Throttle and mixture will be on the new throttle quadrant that Sonex recently announced...also on order.
