Brief Description: Fuel Tank Inspection Cover Finished
The Fuel Tank Inspection Cover was attached to the tank using NAS 1352-08H12P screws with drilled heads. This allowed them to be locked wired. A decal was placed on the cover as a reminder that all screw should be installed prior to tightening so as to ensure the mounting ring in the tank (on which the Dome Head Sealed Nutplates were mounted) which was adhered to the rib with tank sealant could not be damaged during maintenance.
